Products may ship directly from our supplier in China. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Customs processing and carrier disruptions can affect arrival times.

Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable under the rules of your destination. This does not exclude charges that we are legally required to collect or bear.

Contact us if your order is delayed, missing or damaged. Nothing in these terms removes your rights relating to non-delivery or unreasonable delay.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return window is 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
