Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Western Europe (Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City). If your country is not listed, checkout will not offer a shipping option.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $120 USD or more (after discounts).
- $12 USD fast international shipping on orders under $120 USD.
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Each piece is checked before it is packed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of payment.
Delivery to remote areas, and parcels held for customs inspection, can take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply when your order arrives. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. They are set by your local customs authority and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address and phone number before you place your order. The carrier uses your phone number to contact you about delivery. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change its address.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will help resolve it. See our Refund policy for returns.
